A Cruise Page for Each Day

As mentioned earlier, we are going to use a combination of one Cruise Page for the entire cruise, as well as individual Cruise Pages for each day. It would be nice if each individual day page had the same general information as the page for the entire cruise, with only different port and schedule information, but how do we do this without manually entering all of this information over and over? The answer is using the Gallery to store the main Cruise Page, and then recalling and renaming the page for each day. If you have not used the Gallery, you may want to visit Using the Gallery first, and then return here to continue with the Vacation Cruise Tutorial.

Storing the Cruise Page to the Gallery

First, lets store the Cruise Page we have just created in the Gallery. Tap the "To Gallery..." button to store this page.
Now lets delete the Cruise Page from our main list. The reason we are doing this is that we cannot have more than one page with the same name in our main list. If we already had a page named "Cruise", and we tried to recall a page from the gallery also named "Cruise", SpareBrains would prompt you to overwrite the main page. We don't want this, we want multiple Cruise Pages with the same info but different names. Select the page named "Cruise" in the main list and tap "Delete Page", and "OK" to confirm.

Recalling Cruise Pages from the Gallery

Now we can start adding back copies of the Cruise Page from the Gallery. Tap "Add Page", but instead of selecting a page type and title, tap the "From Gallery..." button.
Select the page named "Cruise" here in the Gallery, and tap "Load" to load it into our main list.
Now that we have a copy of the main Cruise Page back in our list, we can edit its name to "Day 1" for our first day. Tap the "Edit Page" button to edit the page title, and change it to "Day 1". Tap OK to confirm.
Now repeat this process of adding Cruise Pages from the Gallery until you have pages for Day 1 through Day 7.
Next, add one more Cruise Page from the Gallery, but this time leave its title as "Cruise". This will be our page for the entire cruise. Select pages and use the "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons to arrange them in the proper order in the list, if necessary.

Editing the Cruise Pages for Each Day

Now that we have a main Cruise Page and 7 copies of it, one for each day, we can edit the information for each day that is different. Select the "Day 1" page and edit the schedule and notes as in the itinerary. Repeat this for the rest of the individual day pages.
