Using the Residential Page

The Residential Page is used for keeping information on houses and apartments for sale and for rent. It is vary similar to the Acreage Page and the Commercial Page, with the addition of a special section for common room treatments. Add a new Residential Page and name it "288 Capistrano Ct." as in the image to the left. You can also add a picture to be displayed, or hide it if you have no picture.

Fill in data fields like the example file, and then scroll down to the common rooms area. This area has lines for Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, Den, and up to 4 bedrooms, BR 1 typically being the Master Bedroom. For each room, there is a space for Dimensions, Level (B=Basement, M=Main, U=Upper, 3=3rd flr), Flooring (L=Linoleum, W=Wood, C=Carpet, T=Tile, S=Stone, 0=Other) and Windows (Y/N). Fill in some values like the example file.

Here you see the common rooms section filled in.

Here you see the features section filled in. Continue to fill in the page as in the example file. You can also add another residential property as in the example file.
