Using the Lender Page

The Lender Page is used to keep track of a mortgage or finance offer from a lender. You can record lender information, rate, term, points, etc., as well as storing a list of Asclosing costs associated with the loan. Add an empty Lender Page named "Astor Mortgage Inc." and fill in the fields like the example file.

You can also scroll down to the Closing Costs lists and begin to add closing cost items. Press "Add" here to add an item.

Add the description and closing cost here.

The closing cost is added, and the page keeps track of the total closing costs. This might be handy if lenders provide the same rate but one charges more in closing costs than the other.
