Using the Comps Page

The Comps Page is used keep track of residential properties that are comparable in features and value to a property you are interested in. Real estate agents can typically provide a comps report for houses of a certain type in a certain area, and that can help determine the proper price range for that type of house. Create a comps page, and name it "Highland Heights Comps". Then tap the "Add" button to begin adding properties.

Add information on a comp property and tap OK to save it. Repeat this process with two other properties as in the example file.

You can now see the comps in the list, and how the page automatically calculates the average price for you.
