Use any or all of these page types to create your SpareBrains data files. Fill them in
with your information, and what you need is only a few taps away.
SpareBrains Pro contains all available page types. The following table shows what page types are included with other SpareBrains applications:
| The Main Page
is used to organize the information you wish to record and access for each trip. There
are 16 different page types available for selection. These pages can be added, deleted, or
edited at any time. Multiple pages of the same type can even be added to record each
flight, excursion, attraction, etc. Each page added to the trip file will appear as a tab
at the top of the file and in the page list, making it easy to select and view your data.
The main page also provides access to the settings dialog and the help file. |

| The Acreage Page allows you to organize information about lots
or land, similar to the Commercial Page (for Commercial
properties) and the Residential Page (for Residential
properties). Fields include a picture of the property, various description fields,
and a feature list where you can select and display features of the property.

| The Attraction Page is used when you want to record a location
to visit, such as a museum or monument. This page can also be used for a meeting place or
conference location. Fields include Name, Address, Phone, Hours, Fee, Highlights, and Notes.

| The Bills Page is the centerpiece of SpareBrains Bills and allows you to organize bills that recur on
a monthly basis. Many bills arrive and are due at about the same time during the month, and the Bills page lets you check these
off as they arrive and as they are paid so you can avoid costly late fees. Input bills by month day or by date, and the icons on
the calendar will be grayed out if the item had been taken care of or in color if it is still pending. See your monthly
finances at a glance with this incredibly useful page.

| The Commercial Page allows you to organize information about
commercial properties, similar to the Acreage Page (for land)
and the Residential Page (for Residential
properties). Fields include a picture of the commercial property, various description fields,
and a feature list where you can select and display features of the property.

| The Comparison Page allows you to create a grid of row vs. column
labels so you can compare features of properties, lenders, items, whatever. Then check off
the items to provide a visual comparison that may help you make decisions.

| The Comps Page provides quick and easy "comp" comparisons between residential
properties. Simply add similar properties to the list and the page will keep a running
average of the prices.

| The Contact Page
is used to add a key contact or two to your itinerary. Don't try to duplicate
your address book here, but sometimes it is really useful to have just one or two
names and numbers handy instead of having to dig through your whole contact list.
Fields include Name, Address, Phone, Mobile, Fax, Email/Other, and Notes.

| The Conversion Page is used to convert currencies, weights, measures,
distances, etc. Select a pre-defined category and item, or set up a custom conversion that is
kept with the page. Tap the "Reverse" button to flip the direction of the conversion. Tap the
"Convert" button to perform the conversion.

| Use the Cruise Page
to save details about an entire cruise or a port-to-port leg. The "Dinner" field can help you
keep track of an early or late sitting and a table assignment. Put Departure and Arrival Ports,
Dates, and Times in the bottom fields to keep track of where you should be and when.

| The Excursion Page can be used to record information about a tour you
will be taking on your trip. Enter notes regarding the meeting location, departure date and time, and
the admission cost for each tour.

| The Expense Page can
be used to track the costs of a trip. The date, expense type, and amount can be recorded.

| The Financial Page can be used to record the data on funds you will
use for thr trip. You can keep track of credit cards, travellers checks, bank accounts, or
foreign currencies you have on hand.

| Use the Flight Page
to record information on airline travel. Enter the airline informaiton, flight numbers, seat
assignments, frequent flyer numbers, date, time, terminal/gate and airport information. If you
take the same flights on a regular basis, you can save these flight pages in the gallery and
recall them for new trips (see Using the Gallery).

| Use the GPA Page
to track your overall GPA for a semester, year, or your entire education. Add and
edit classes indicating the hours and grade received and the GPA page will show
the running grade point average.

| Use the Grade Page
to track your grade for a course based on the grade percentages of assignments or exams
and the grade earned. The grade page displays a running percentile grade based on the
items entered. Teachers, use different pages for each student to track an entire class!

| The Inspection Page allows you to structure and carry out an inspection
of a property. Add items to inspect as well as headings to organize sections, and pass/fail
each item as well as noting the condition and any other relevant information.

| The Lender Page allows you to track offerings from different lenders
when obtaining financing for a property. Enter the details about the lender, the rate/term/amount
offered, and keep a list of closing cost items that may be relevant to the decision. Shop
around with confidence and get the best deal!

| The List Page can be used to create "to do" lists, packing lists,
shopping lists, follow-up lists for meetings or conferences, etc. As an item is completed,
simply check the box next to that item.

| The Lodging Page
can be used to enter information on hotels, motels, or other lodging arrangements you will be
using for your trip. Enter the name of the hotel, address and/or directions, confirmation code,
phone number, rate, and check-in/check-out dates and times.

| The Medical Page is used to record special medical conditions,
allergies, prescriptions, and medical contact information. These items are helpful to have on
hand in case of an emergency. You can also inform travelling companions how to access this information
as well.

| The Mortgage Page allows you to calculate payments based on the amount
of the loan, the down payment, the rate, and the term. Couldn't be simpler.

| Use the Options Page
to show the total cost of a purchase based on the options you select. Enter each option and price,
and then check the items in the list - the Options Page will automatically calculate the total
price. Great for car shopping or building a home!

| Use the Purchase Ideas Page
to make individualized gift idea lists for friends and family. You can easily enter ideas and
prices, then check off the items as you decide which to purchase. Great for holiday shopping.

| The Quotes Page
is a powerful tool for comparison shopping. Enter information about the item you are looking for, and
then enter quotes or comparison prices from different vendors, as well as coupon and other information
about the item. Fantastic for auctions and second-hand items as well.

| The rental car page is used to enter information for a rental car
or other leased vehicle. You can input the company name and phone, discount code,
reservation number, rate, type of vehicle, and vehicle pickup and return dates,
times, and locations. In the notes area, you can enter the vehicle license number,
the make and model, color, etc. to help in locating the vehicle in case you cannot
recall these details.

| The Residential Page allows you to organize information about
residential properties, similar to the Acreage Page (for land)
and the Commercial Page (for Commercial
properties). Fields include a picture of the property, various description fields,
a common rooms feature list for room sizes and treatments,
and a feature list where you can select and display features of the property.

| Use the Schedule Page
for a visual picture of your weekly schedule. Enter classes, recurring appointments, and
recurring meetings, and the time slot is marked with a colorful indicator. Great for
student and teacher schedules.

| The Sketch Page
can be used to create sketches and drawings. Some of the possible uses include maps
to unfamiliar locations, sketches of objects, flowcharts, diagrams, or any other line
drawings or pictures. You can even use this page to doodle if you are in a meeting
or stuck in an airport during a flight delay.

| The Train Page is used to keep data on either train travel or
subway travel. Here you can enter information on the carrier name and phone number,
a reserved seat or compartment, the seating class, the cost of the ticket, the
reservation number, the station of departure and arrival, the track number, and the
dates and times of travel. Multiple pages can be used for each individual route.

| The Transportation Page
can be used for other types of ground transportation like buses and taxis that
don't fit into the other page types.

| Use the Vendors Page
to keep track of information on vendors, suppliers, and stores in conjunction with the Quotes Page. When you enter
a vendor's information, you can then select that vendor in the Quotes Page. Select or create categories to
organize vendor lists.

| The Viewer Page
can be used to view any windows bitmap (.bmp) digital image. This viewer feature can
be used to display maps, pictures, and other useful data. Other digital image file
types can be converted into the .bmp format by using the Microsoft Windows(r) Paint
Program packaged with the Windows operating system (consult your users guide for
instructions).
