Main Page
The Main Page is used to organize the information you wish to record and access for each trip. There are 16 different page types available for selection. These pages can be added, deleted, or edited at any time. Multiple pages of the same type can even be added to record each flight, excursion, attraction, etc. Each page added to the trip file will appear as a tab at the top of the file and in the page list, making it easy to select and view your data. The main page also provides access to the settings dialog and the help file.

Acreage Page
The Acreage Page allows you to organize information about lots or land, similar to the Commercial Page (for Commercial properties) and the Residential Page (for Residential properties). Fields include a picture of the property, various description fields, and a feature list where you can select and display features of the property.

See how to use the Acreage Page in the Real Estate Tutorial.

Attraction Page
The Attraction Page is used when you want to record a location to visit, such as a museum or monument. This page can also be used for a meeting place or conference location. Fields include Name, Address, Phone, Hours, Fee, Highlights, and Notes.

See how to use the Attraction Page in the Business Trip Tutorial.

Bills Page
The Bills Page is the centerpiece of SpareBrains Bills and allows you to organize bills that recur on a monthly basis. Many bills arrive and are due at about the same time during the month, and the Bills page lets you check these off as they arrive and as they are paid so you can avoid costly late fees. Input bills by month day or by date, and the icons on the calendar will be grayed out if the item had been taken care of or in color if it is still pending. See your monthly finances at a glance with this incredibly useful page.

Commercial Page
The Commercial Page allows you to organize information about commercial properties, similar to the Acreage Page (for land) and the Residential Page (for Residential properties). Fields include a picture of the commercial property, various description fields, and a feature list where you can select and display features of the property.

See how to use the Commercial Page in the Real Estate Tutorial.

Comparison Page
The Comparison Page allows you to create a grid of row vs. column labels so you can compare features of properties, lenders, items, whatever. Then check off the items to provide a visual comparison that may help you make decisions.

See how to use the Comparison Page in the Real Estate Tutorial.

Comps Page
The Comps Page provides quick and easy "comp" comparisons between residential properties. Simply add similar properties to the list and the page will keep a running average of the prices.

See how to use the Comps Page in the Real Estate Tutorial.

Contact Page
The Contact Page is used to add a key contact or two to your itinerary. Don't try to duplicate your address book here, but sometimes it is really useful to have just one or two names and numbers handy instead of having to dig through your whole contact list. Fields include Name, Address, Phone, Mobile, Fax, Email/Other, and Notes.

See how to use the Contact Page in the Business Trip Tutorial and the Work Progress Tutorial.

Conversion Page
The Conversion Page is used to convert currencies, weights, measures, distances, etc. Select a pre-defined category and item, or set up a custom conversion that is kept with the page.
