The SpareBrains Gallery is a set of pages that you can store and recall at any time, complete with the information in them. This can be really useful if you have flights, hotels, etc. that you use frequently - you can create pages for these and store them in the gallery, and then pull them out when you are planning a new trip. To use the gallery, follow these simple steps:

1. Enabling the Gallery

If the "To Gallery..." button on the main page is grayed out when you click on a page (other than the SpareBrains! page), as in the page to the left, you first need to create or select a gallery file.
First, click on the "SpareBrains!" entry in the page list. Then press the "Settings" button on the main page to get to the settings dialog, as shown to the left. If you are creating a new gallery, click the "New..." button under "Gallery".
Type an appropriate name for the gallery, like "Default". This file will have a ".spg" extension (for SpareBrains Gallery) and will be located in your "My Documents" folder.
Now that we have created a gallery, we need to select it. Press the "Settings" button again on the main page to get to the settings dialog, but this time press the "Select..." button under Gallery. We can then select the "Default" gallery and press "OK" to select it.
Now that we have selected a gallery, when we tap a page in the page list, the "To Gallery..." button is enabled, indicating that we can use the gallery.

2. Storing a Page in the Gallery

To store a page in the gallery, select it in the page list and tap the "To Gallery..." button. (Easy, huh?) SpareBrains will indicate that the page has been saved in the current gallery.

3. Retrieving a Page from the Gallery

Now that our gallery has something in it, we can retrieve this page into our main file. Begin by pressing "Add Page" or "Insert Page", just like we would if we were creating a new, empty page. If a gallery has been selected, the "From Gallery..." button is enabled - press it to access the gallery.
This dialog shows us all of the pages we have in our gallery. Select one and tap "Load" to add it to our current itinerary. You can also delete and sort the pages in the gallery from here.

Notice that if you try to add a page from the gallery that is the same name as a page you already have in the main list, SpareBrains will prompt you if you want to replace the page in your main list. If you answer yes, the page in your main list with the same name will be removed, and the page from the gallery will be added to your main list.

There's our page again, just like we left it!
